Bottling is not limited to a single type of container or product. A wide range of products can be efficiently packaged in various types of bottles or jars, whether made of glass or plastic. Selecting the right bottling solution depends on the product’s physical characteristics and the desired packaging format.

Our machines are used in a variety of sectors, including:
Equipped with a bottle-feeding turntable, this machine uses dual-track conveying and a pneumatic bottle positioning system to align bottles accurately in the filling station. Depending on what product is used for filling, multiple piston pump filling valves or peristaltic pumps will then fill containers, usually in multiple quantities. Fitted with an additional pneumatic shut-off valve to prevent overfilling or spilling, the containers are moved along by automatic rail controls to be capped. The advanced auto-feeding star wheel capper then places caps onto multiple containers before they are simultaneously pressed and screwed down. Once this step is complete, the sealed containers are transported through to a microcomputer-controlled labeller that accurately regulates the label application stage for optimal label adherence. Thereafter, the high-tech driving system moves the finished containers through an out-feeder to a collection turntable for bulk packaging and distribution.
After the bottling and labeling processes, the containers can be seamlessly moved onto further packaging stages such as cartoning or shrink wrapping. These automated processes ensure that the products are securely packaged for storage and transportation. The cartoning machine efficiently places bottles into boxes, while the shrink-wrapping system ensures a tight, protective seal around the product for added security and protection during shipping. Both systems are designed for high-speed, reliable operation, ensuring that your product reaches customers in perfect condition.
A Bottle Filler-Capper-Labeler machine is an integrated packaging system that automatically fills bottles, applies caps, and labels containers in a single production line. It improves efficiency, consistency, and output compared to running standalone machines.
These machines are suitable for a wide range of products, including:
Beverages (water, juice, soft drinks)
Food products (sauces, oils, syrups)
Pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals
Cosmetics and personal care products
Chemicals and cleaning liquids
The filling system is selected based on product viscosity and accuracy requirements.
Bottle Filler-Capper-Labeler machines can handle:
PET, HDPE, glass, and plastic bottles
Round, square, and custom-shaped containers
Small-volume bottles to larger containers
Change parts may be required for different bottle sizes.
Depending on the product, machines can be equipped with:
Gravity fillers
Piston fillers
Peristaltic pumps
Overflow fillers
Servo-driven volumetric fillers
Each technology is selected to ensure accurate and consistent filling.
Capper units can handle:
Screw caps
Snap caps
Press-on caps
Flip-top and sports caps
Custom cap feeders and torque control can be added for precise application.
Labeling systems can apply:
Self-adhesive labels
Wrap-around labels
Front and back labels
Tamper-evident labels
Labelers can be integrated for single or multiple label application.
Production speed depends on bottle size, product type, and configuration. Typical systems run between 20 and 120 bottles per minute, with higher speeds available for fully automated lines.
Yes. Machines can be manufactured using food-grade stainless steel and designed to meet HACCP and GMP standards, making them suitable for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical environments.
