The customer bottles water on a complete line with filling, capping and labelling machines. Production was growing, and the customer needed fully automatic shrink wrapping at the end of the line that would run at the same speed as the bottling equipment before it.
A shrink wrapper slower than the bottling line would become the bottleneck for the whole line.

Bottle multipacks had to be wrapped automatically and continuously, with smooth product flow.
We recommended a fully automatic sleeve sealer and shrink tunnel because it groups, wraps and shrinks bottle multipacks continuously at bottling-line speed, with automatic product handling and transfer from the line.
Bottles arrive from the line, are grouped into packs, wrapped and sealed in film by the sleeve sealer, and shrunk tight in the tunnel.
